PATRICK VAN EVERY
Patrick Van Every is a graduate of Central Michigan University where he studied Business and Hotel and Restaurant Management. After working with Walt Disney World and Radisson Hotels, he changed career paths and started working with waste management in Pittsburgh. Patrick’s career in the waste industry relocated him to the Upstate in 1998 where he ran and built a regional waste company based in Easley, SC. A few years later, Patrick partnered with a local businessman to build an independent waste company in the Upstate. After selling his interest in the local company Patrick has worked as an entrepreneur building a local company providing sales leads, Red Dirt Alert and partnering in a executive recruiting company Waste Recruiters performing nationwide job placements. Patrick never anticipated a career in the restaurant industry until his friendship developed with Peter Lieu and his family.

Over time, we realized that the combination of our talents would be a great perfect for bringing to the Upstate a restaurant like no other.”
 
Patrick is a partner in AZIA and is responsible for the branding, marketing, and public relations for the restaurant.
