SALES MEETINGS
Our upstairs private dining room comfortably seats 25 guests with sliding glass doors for further privacy. The room can be setup in a number of seating options based on the event requirements.
Room Information
The private room is fully equipped with the most modern AV/Sound equipment. We have a ceiling mounted projector with a drop down in-ceiling projector screen for presentations with 2 separate locations in the room to plug in your laptop. The room is equipped with hook-ups for an IPod for music, DVD for movies or presentation videos and a satellite feed for watching programs on TV and or that special football game or sporting event. Separate private room speakers allow you to have dedicated sound for the room and or enjoy the music playing in the restaurant at your own volume level.
Room Charge
There is no room charge ($0) for use of our private dining room should food and beverage be purchased for the event.
Cost for the use of any of the audio / visual equipment: $150.00
Room Guarantee
A final guaranteed guest account is required 48 hours prior to the event. Since we will be purchasing food based on the numbers provided to us for the event and staffing accordingly for the event, the host of the party will be required to pay 75% of the per person cost for the dinner for every guest that does not attend. The difference in the guaranteed number of guests provided to us 48 hours prior to event and the actual number of guests that attend is where we will get the number guest dinners to be billed to the host.
Menu Selection
Menu selection should be made no later than 1 week prior to the event. Menu prices and selection are subject to change prior to a signed contract.
Miscellaneous Charges
A service charge of 20% plus tax will be added to any private party and or group of 6 or more guests. Guests at their discretion are welcome to provide additional gratuity to the service staff above the 20% service charge.
Mezzanine
Available outside the private room and combining booth areas can accommodate 80 seated guests for dinner and or a cocktail party. The mezzanine overlooks the main dining area and provides a unique dinning and or private party experience for your guests.
